Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping materials and box to ensure it remains protected during transit; items must be in new, unused condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse, ensuring you retain a copy of your tracking number.
